This Statement covers our treatment of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that we gather when you are accessing or using our Website or Services. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to individuals that we do not employ or manage. Data stored in our email marketing list as a Service solution by our customers is subject to the customers’ privacy policies, not ours.
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register for the Services (as that term is defined below). No one under age 13 may provide any personal information to us or on the Services.
2. COLLECTED INFORMATION:
2.1 Information that you provide to us
We require customers who register to use the services offered on our Site (collectively, the “Service”) to give us contact information, such as their name, company name, address, phone number, and e-mail address, and financial qualification and billing information, such as billing name and address, credit card number, and the number of users within the organization that will be using the Service. When you express interest in attaining additional information, or when you register for the Service, we may also ask for additional personal information, such as title, department name, fax number, or additional company information, such as annual revenues, number of employees, or industry. Customers can opt-out of providing this additional information by not entering it when asked. Customers can update or remove their personal information anytime by logging into the Website and editing their Personal Information within Setup. Customers can view their updated profile to confirm their edits have been made.
2.2 Information that is collected automatically
The Rueth Team may also collect certain information from visitors to and customers of the Site, such as Internet addresses. This information is logged to help diagnose technical problems, and to administer our Site in order to constantly improve the quality of the Service. We may also track and analyze non-identifying and aggregate usage and volume statistical information from our visitors and customers and provide such information to third parties.
We collect first name and email for those who wish to receive emailed updates when we publish a new episode of The Double Comma Club. This is stored in a database, and users can unsubscribe at any time with a click within the update email we send out.

The Site may occasionally contain links to other websites based on who our guests are. We link to their sites as a thank you for being on our show. The Rueth Team is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these other web sites. Visitors will need to check the policy statement of these other websites to understand their policies. Visitors who access a linked site may be disclosing their private information. It is the responsibility of the user to keep such information private and confidential.
